The working Rock Plant Foreman monitors and supervises the coordination of the plant personnel at individual locations. They Assure production at the plant coincides with needs of each location. Rock Plant Foremen are also responsible to assure materials operations meet production necessities and quality standards. As well as maintaining customer relations at operational level to include development of programs to maintain current customer base and acquire new customers.
The quality control technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and performing quality control function at Ready Mix Concrete Plants, Construction Job Sites, and Aggregate production facilities. This position will collect and prepare samples in the field and/or plant locations for routine and special laboratory testing to ensure conformance with National and local DOT standards. This position will also be responsible for troubleshooting problem jobs and maintaining accurate and timely records on all technical data.
The perfect Millwright/ Plant Maintenance Mechanic will have a high degree of competence, skill and proficiency in rock plant/ read-mix plant maintenance. They must be a self-starter that requires very little oversight. The must also be able to take a maintenance project from start to end with skills in welding and fabrication. Must also possess a high level of mechanical skills while performing all work safely. The millwright is also required to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, i.e. plant maintenance, haul truck operation, etc.
Our Ready Mix Concrete Drivers, drive diesel powered Ready Mix concrete trucks and aggregate trucks to transport and deliver products or materials to our customers in a timely manner. They interact directly with customers so they must have strong communication skills. They are required to road side vehicle inspections, maintain their vehicles, and competently load and unload ready mix concrete to customers. Our ready mix drivers are also required to have their Commercial Driver’s License with Tank Endorsement and a clean driving record.
Our Bottom Dump CDL Drivers, drive diesel powered bottom dump trucks to transport and deliver products or materials to our customers in a timely manner. They interact directly with customers so they must have strong communication skills. They are required to road side vehicle inspections, maintain their vehicles, and competently load and unload ready mix concrete to customers. Our ready mix drivers are also required to have their Commercial Driver’s License with Tank Endorsement and a clean driving record.
