The company offers three medical insurance plans. Our options include:

Cigna Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

Cigna Health Savings Account (HSA)

Kaiser Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) HMO

As an additional perk, the company will also contribute to the HRA and HSA plans to help cover qualifying medical expenses.

401K PLAN

FREE BASIC LIFE INSURANCE

Life insurance helps protect our family and loved ones. 711 Materials provides full-time employees with group life insurance guaranteeing a minimum coverage amount of $50,000. The company pays for the full cost of these benefits – meaning our employees are not responsible for paying any monthly premiums.

SUNLIFE SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE

Our supplemental plans provide our employees with peace of mind. These benefits protect our employees and their families from any out-of-pocket costs resulting from an accident and provide help to manage the financial impact of a critical illness.

PAID TIME OFF

We offer highly competitive paid time off as well as eight paid holidays to enjoy with your family. 

DENTAL INSURANCE

In addition to protecting our employee’s smile, our Cigna Dental Insurance plan helps pay for dental care to include regular checkups, cleanings, and X-rays.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Our HSA account is a tax-saver. HSA contributions are made with pre-tax dollars. Because taxable income decreases as a result of our employee’s contributions, our employees pay less in taxes.

VISION INSURANCE

Our company’s Cigna Vision Insurance plan allows our employees to participate in specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

Our Flexible Spending Account allows our employees to put aside tax-free money that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses. These funds can be used at any time, even if it’s the beginning of the year.

AD&D LIFE INSURANCE

Life insurance helps protect our family and loved ones. 711 Materials provides full-time employees with Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance guaranteeing a minimum coverage amount of $50,000. The company pays for the full cost of these benefits – meaning our employees are not responsible for paying any monthly premiums.

WELLNESS INCENTIVES

Our Cigna and Kaiser plans offer you a variety of healthy lifestyle programs, personal wellness coaching, and reduced rates on health products and services to include gym memberships and onsite health education classes and support grounds.

LEAVES OF ABSENCE

We offer leave  of absence for time away that extend beyond the provided paid time off.

CIGNA VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE

711 Materials provides our employees and their families the flexibility to decide if they need additional insurance coverage. This benefit is offered to cover the employee, spouse, and children and guarantees a minimum coverage amount of $150,000.
